The perfect house for us to celebrate some special
birthdays. Spacious and comfortable, we immediately felt at home. Loved the kitchen/diner area and each bedroom having an en suite was fantastic. The pool table also was an added bonus.
Short car journey into Alnmouth for a lovely walk on the beach and 10 mins into Alnwick - great location. Could have stayed all week.

This place is amazing, great size, very clean, huge bedrooms all with en suite. Lots of things to keep the kids entertained.

The owners were lovely. However the property is misrepresented in the photograph on booking. com. The property looks like it has lots of land. This is not the case it is an ordinary house block. Also there is a little annexe property that is rented out separately. That was not made clear, you can see those tenants in their hot tub from the rear bedroom. Very noisy when their spa is on. We expected much more privacy from the property. Also some of the equipment and furniture was dated.
