Location.. Suitable for parents to visit their children if they are studying in the nearby learning establishments.
Also near to the mosque, sundry stores and restaurants.. All are within walking distance..
Washing machine is available…
The host was also helpful enough..
Better to have tv with conventional channels rather than the smart ones.. Not all guests are I.T savvy..

The host was very kind and easy to contact. Both rooms have airconds, and most importantly, the wifi and NETFLIX!!! definitely will consider staying here again in the future. There is also a parking space and the house is very close to Masjid.
There was ant issue, especially on the living room. When I stayed, there was water disruption in the neighborhood due to burst pipe. There is also an issue with the pump in the toilet, causing the water to always leak out.

Two large bedrooms, beds confortable, quiet location. Owner very responsive and friendly. Good place to stay for the price.
