Квартира создала потрясающие впечатления для всех нас, от дете до взрослых, эти каменные стены, старинные комоды и при этом заботливо встречающая нас кофемашина, с вкусным горячим кофе - все было на высоте! Хозяин квартиры - очень приятный и заботливый, всегда на связи, разрешил нам заехать раньше, а также оставить чемоданы на 2 часа после выселения, что дало нам возможность комфортно прогуляться по городу перед вылетом. Кухня оборудована плитой, микроволновкой, чайником и капсульной кофемашиной. Также есть стиральная машина. Помещение само по себе прохладное, но дополнительно есть кондиционеры, работают хорошо. Хорошее местоположение - рядом есть супермаркет, остановки общественного транспорта, откуда можно добраться в разные части города и на пляж, а также очень близко расположен старый город. До жд вокзала мы шли 15-20 минут пешком.

Санузел небольшой, особенно душевая, и находится не в общей зоне, а в одной из спален, что может быть не очень комфортно, но на пару дней как у нас - это вполне нормально.

The bathroom is an absolute disaster. Sink completely plugged, shower completely plugged, the shower hose was a wreck leaking big time in more than one place, which resulted in laughable water pressure to wash yourself. Water leaking out of the shower itself onto the bathroom floor and under the washing machine (and not because it was plugged). Speaking of the washing machine, it was constantly stopping in the middle of the cycle, with the clothes locked inside until it could properly drain, presumably due to everything being plugged. Finally, the terrible state of the shelve above the sink and the huge amount of mold inside the shower contributed to a very dirty feeling of this bathroom and made it a very unpleasant place to be in. We already found the price to be exaggerated comparing to other sumptuous places we got to stay at in Puglia: this place could be worth it but not with a bathroom in that state. I understand that plugged sink or plugged shower cannot always be noticed, but the rest is impossible to miss and simply not acceptable for this price. If you ask that much per night, these things need to be maintained regularly and fixed properly.
