Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Ciekawa aranżacja wnętrz. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Dość dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Centralna klimatyzacja. Wygodne łózko. Generalnie, świetna lokalizacja przeważa nad mankamentami, które nie są a tak istotne jak mieszka sie 2-3 dni.

Bardzo słabe wifi w całym obiekcie. Praktycznie w żadnym pomieszczeniu nie działało. Mieszkanie jest w piwnicy wiec czuć wilgoć w powietrzu. Malo światła dziennego. Łazienka wymaga gruntownego sprzątania a czajniki odkamienienia. Mieliśmy tylko letnia wodę pod prysznicem.

The apartment at Via Lombardi 2 has its pros and cons. A big advantage is the easy and hassle-free key collection, which makes check-in very convenient. The location is definitely a strong point – about a 5-minute walk to the city center and around 12 minutes to the promenade, making it a great base for exploring. The bathroom is not very large, but it was clean and well-maintained. Overall, the apartment was clean and well-prepared for guests. Additionally, the communication with the host was good and smooth. Despite a few downsides, the stay can be considered enjoyable.

The apartment itself is nicely decorated, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, it is located in the basement, there are no windows, and it is quite dark inside. There is also a noticeable damp smell, which might not suit everyone. That said, it’s manageable if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring rather than staying in the apartment.
