Location was perfect I

No check in or out. Difficult making contact with staff. We agreed a 4/5pm check in having earlier asked for a late check in. All agreed even on the morning of arrival they contacted me and said they would keep an eye out for us but we ended up waiting over two hours to be let in by the cleaner who spoke no English. On check out day and the evening before I sent messages asking for check out information. No air conditioning in bedrooms. Other than that the apartment was clean and in the perfect location.

La ubicación, todo y que por la noche es un poco ruidoso. La comunicación excelente :), muy rápida y educada.

La limpieza es justa. Agradecería un poco de ambientador y limpiar más las zonas, había polvo en general. El agua de la cafetera estaba de color naranja. También cosas básicas como: jabón de manos, de cuerpo, servilletas, algo de aceite, sal etc
