Está cerca de la paya. Se aparca en la misma calle. Bien en general.

El lugar super cómodo, la decoración divina. La ubicación bien, cerca de la estación de TRAM, de la playa, y del centro.

No es accesible. Son 2 pisos por escalera, viajaba con un coche de niño y una señora mayor y muy difícil subir y bajar con todo.

About Six minutes walk from de beach and Paseo Marítimo with many options to eat, souvenirs stores and typical beach stores as well. Mercadona Supermarket is 10 minutes walking, they are closed on Sunday. Tram Station to go to other beaches, Benidorm and Alicante is 10 minutes walk as well. There is a washing machine, cicle RÁPIDO does an excellent job. We cook only once and managed que what they had. The shower is fantastic, never used the balcony because it was too hot and humid. Denys the person in charge was very attentive and responsive. We were arriving one hour earlier than 4pm and asked to get in sooner and Denys was able to help. Comfortable beds, good towels, big Smart TV, leaving, dining room together with kitchen all in the same open space. I will probably choose this place again if find it available eve though I think it was a bit overpriced for what it is, but is summer-vacation time-and beach location.

The air conditioning is located in the leaving room and on a hot day(we had them all) it does not cool off the rooms because is not strong enough, Denys provided a fun when we asked for it, at the end we ended up buying another one because it was still to hot, —-better not to open the windows, humidity will kill the comforting temperature inside once yo have it under control. The apartment we had was 2A, supposedly second floor, but is not,it’s save to say is almost a four floor (50 steps to me more exact) and there is no lift, if you are bringing lots of luggage it will be difficult unless you are young and fit. The shower did hot have hot water although it was not needed because it was super hot and a fresh shower was a gift. Parking can be very difficult during beach season and or weekends, you have to drive around for a while before you find a spot(we were there in August), no public parking near by. This is not a hotel, do not expect, shower gel, shampoo or any other amenities,although the washing dishes soap was provided, they forgot to provide garbage bags and laundry detergent.

Bonito apartamento

La cocina estaba sucia, con manchas de grasa por los electrodomésticos. El apartamento tiene en frente un edificio que está muy mal, daba mala sensación.
