The location suited our needs well. The staff were always on hand,

It was dated, unclean and uncomfortable. The bed was hard and it was difficult to sleep with one small pillow. The towels were dirty, the bathroom relatively unclean and the decor from the pictures did not match the aged nature and tiredness of our room interior. Holes in bathroom door and sink had been visibly patched up, the small TV had little-to-no signal, and the ‘shampoo’ bottle in the bath/shower was a bottle of hand soap. They charged far too much for the service we received.

Nightmare

Location

My stay was like a nightmare. I arrived late around 23pm. The receptionist proposed me a 1st room with an unsanitary bathroom, the second was the same. I accepted the 3rd one that was a lil better than others. I wont talk about how was the hygiene and smell on the lift and in the hall. All the hotel was smelling like cigarette. I spent all the night with my son suffering from it because of his asthma. If it wasn't late and I have the choice I won't spent the night there.

Truly awful.

Hotel had a pungent smell, moth holes in the curtains, light fittings around the bed falling off the wall. Never changed the towels or made up the bed. I could go on and on

We had to cut or stay short with a couple of days and our host was very understanding and offered us a refund. Personel was very friendly and always up for a chat.

Pire hôtel de ma vie

Cafards, bruit, insalubrité. J’espère sincèrement que vous lirez cet avis avant de réserver. Pour être clair : l’établissement est infesté de cafards 🪳 (voir photos). Il y en avait dans la salle de bain comme dans la chambre. HORRIBLE ! Vous trouverez un frigo à même le sol, ouvert, pas branchée pour vous accueillir avec les odeurs qui vont avec (voir photo) !! J’ai également dû contacter l’accueil pour obtenir du chauffage dans ma chambre. À peine installé sur le lit, un pied s’est cassé (voir photo). L’isolation phonique est inexistante : la moindre porte qui claque dans l’hôtel vous réveille immédiatement. En toute objectivité, c’est le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai séjourné.

Le réceptionniste de mon arrivée a été très sympathique et serviable

J'ai reçu de la visite pour 2h de 3h mais il a fallut que je paye la taxe pour cette personne malgré mes explications mais le réceptionniste m'a expliqué que ce sont les règles la nuit dans la bienveillance.

Je dirai plutôt un ce qui m’a dérangé : -Une odeur de tabac imprégnée dans cette chambre qui était pourtant très aérée (fenêtre grande ouverte) quand nous sommes arrivés. - une baignoire avec de la rouille tout autour du syphon. À côté de ses désagréments la literie était bonne et la chambre propre. L’accueil très aimable

Zéro, déception

Hôtel sans aucun confort, lit avec matelas extrêmement dur, juste un drap, pas de couverture et le linge de lit fait tellement de bruit lorsque l’on bouge que l’on réveille toute la chambre. Moquette salle, sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de volet un seul rideau qui n’occulte pas la lumière, aucun service dans la chambre, ni café, ni même une couverture
