City Penthouse with roof terrace and sea views

Die Lage ist prima. Mitten drin und trotzdem leise Von der dachterasse hat man einen schönen Blick . Der Vermieter hat schnell geantwortet und kam auch vorbei um zu helfen.

Alles etwas ältlich. Es könnten mehr Steckdosen und Licht sein. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse waren verrostet und kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden Fernsehen nur eingeschränkt möglich, fürs WLahn keine Infos

Hot water was really not working fully. Turning on hot water in shower or any faucet slowed the waterflow to a trickle. Secondly it has a brilliant terrasse but the furniture on it makes it feel like an afterthought. I am sure both are in the process of being fixed and then it is a true 10 point experience in Malta.

The apartment is in a great location in the centre of Valletta. The view from the roof is wonderful.

WiFi does not reach the main bedroom. The flat is cold in winter and guests are asked not to use all the heaters at once. There is no bedside lamp in the main bedroom and the bedside table is impractically small and only on one side of the bed. All the handles on the wardrobe are missing. The water pressure is very low and the shower is therefore hard to operate. The bathroom is impossible to warm up properly in winter. It’s a shame that the roof is not made to look nice.
