Nabila Apartment

Mi-a placut ca este intr-un loc linistit, salcamii erau infloriti si totul era parfumat pe drum pana acolo, apartamentul foarte curat si cu mult bun gust, lenjerie impecabila. Bucataria cu multe multe facilitati nota 10+, dormitorul 1 la fel nemaipomenit, baile cu prosoapele pufoase si albe au fost delicios de primitoare.

A fost rece in camera 2 de la subsol, umiditate multa, care ar fi putu fi evitata cumva. Dezumidificatorul era zgomotos si patul matrimonial de la camera din subsol scartaia. Si ceva sa faca camera 2 mai vesela caci parea cam sinistra cu scara aia neagra care parea ca se descarca in cap. Si nu avea un televizor macar ! Aerul conditionat nu functiona pe cald! Nu am avut caldura ptr camera care pastra frig la subsol. Dar sa stiti ca in caz de urgenta as mai lua ap dvs. pentru ca am apreciat curatenia, locatia, bucataria utilata, calitatea lenjeriei! Si pana la urma am dormit bustean in camera de la subsol cu tot scartul de la pat!

This was a very spacious apartment with a large basement area as the second bedroom. The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings. A galley kitchen and a reasonably comfortable couch. Directly across the street was a very nice grocery store. Proximity to street car 19 was excellent for getting downtown towards the Duomo area. There was plenty of storage for a family of five.

The timed entry into the apartment was such that we had to wait in our car hoping and praying that a message came through exactly at 3pm so that we could get a code to enter the apartment. We had to watch a YouTube video on how to get in while we're out on the street. There is NO PARKING despite advertised as such. The company will recommend to you two parking garages both of which were not okay for a wagon with a bullet on top. We opted for the COOP parking garage which was cheaper and nicer (20 per 24hrs). This is a ground floor apartment. Someone else had complained in September (ahem it's now February) that there's a broken shower head (the large rainfall shower head works--it's the default smaller shower head). It is still broken. It is just a hose that shoots water everywhere. I personally repaired the dishwasher so that it worked. (All other appliances worked). The main bedroom and bed are great and comfortable. The couch is comfortable if you have a kid that needs a place to sleep. The downstairs "Beds" are uncomfortable and squeaky and loud. I would not recommend 4 adults for this apartment because of it. For the price, they really should have two or three proper twin beds downstairs. There is plenty of room for it. Even my kids complained. Bring an air mattress!

La pulizia ha deluso

La casa é grande e spaziosa. Bella e ben arredata.

La piccola porta del bagno di sotto dove abbiamo più volte sbattuto la testa. Uno shampoo generico al posto del conditioner. Le asciugamani disponibili solo per la camera sopra. No tappeto del bagno sotto. Complicato accedere alla struttura.
