Great location to walk downtown and the shuttle stops right in front to ridge to gondola and Peak 7 and 8.

Location. Ski home via Four O'clock run. walk to Gondola and town.
The check in process if NO CAR TO PARK and COMMUNICATION with Natural Retreats.
1) Check in process: The entrance where you pick up the key has many "key boxes" in random order.
2) we did NOT have a car. And had a question about entering the building. After calling - get a recording; texted and the response seemed automated. My message: "we do NOT have a car. Do we have to use the parking garage for access to the elevator?" Response: Parking garage is located under the building on Ski Hill rd. I asked a second time and got: "Our office hours are ... If an emergency call 911" I suggest update your "Arrival Email" instructions to include information for those who are arriving via shuttle or other transportation and will NOT be parking a car on your premises.
