Following receipt of booking confirmation, agent imposed onerous contract terms not previously shown, e.g. liability of guest to pay all legal costs of dispute with agent, regardless of who is found to be at fault, conditions regarding deposits for damage. Agent advised that access information would be provided by it in the 24 hours prior to arrival, by text message. we received no information in the 24 hour prior to arrival, and arrived in Breckenridge expecting to have to find alternative accommodation. Finally at 5:30 on Saturday afternoon, the information was provided by e-mail. Explanation of agent - They could only text to local numbers, and our number is a UK number. No attempt to forward information by e-mail (used previously by the agent) and phone calls not answered. Even the address of the agent was withheld until the key collection procedure was finally advised. (received after we finally arrived in Breckenridge. Given that the full payment was drawn by Agent upon booking, there is no reason whatsoever why access information could not be provided immediately after payment.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

There was black mold in one of the bathrooms.
