Ottima posizione a pochi km dal centro,vicinanza con supermercati, parcheggio spesso disponibile di fronte all'appartamento ,condominio pulito, ottima insonorizzazione nonostante una strada molto trafficata in tutte le ore del giorno e spesso della notte perché di collegamento .
Migliorerai il bagno perché a causa dell'usura bisognerebbe sostituire la cabina della doccia e la ciambella del water. Da cambiare il materasso perché più grande della rete e un po' scomodo.

La disponibilità dei gestori nel venirci incontro,la pulizia della casa,la posizione della struttura e la tranquillità che avevamo nella zona.
Nel box doccia una porta era rotta e i materassi non erano proprio comodi
