Espaçosa é bem localizado.

A sala é enorme, os quartos tem a cama bem grande e confortável, a cozinha é totalmente equipada, tem televisão, sofá grande, uma varanda muito linda e grande, a lavanderia funciona muito bem. O espaço é equipado, bonito, a localização é boa… os parques da Disney ficam a 30 minutos mas a aproximadamente 6 minutos de distância de carro desse hotel, há um centrinho onde há restaurantes, lojas e farmácia. A limpeza fica por conta dos clientes mas sempre que solicitado é oferecido papel higiênico, sabão em pó e tudo o que for necessário para a manutenção do lugar. 1 quarto tem suíte e o outro quarto tem um banheiro bem ao lado, sendo o banheiro com suíte o único a ter um box à parte da banheira, o outro banheiro que fica ao lado do quarto tem uma banheira com chuveiro em cima. Todas as bocas e chuveiros tem também água quente.

A lava louças não limpa muito bem, mas quebra um galho e não tem espelho de corpo inteiro. Mas esses itens não atrapalham em nada na acomodação. O custo benefício é excelente

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The location is what we enjoy the most along with a quiet atmosphere.

We experienced a challenge with the AC in our original unit #301 resulting in a move to #424 in the middle of the night, thereby impacting our plans the first night. We observed roaches in #301 and the curtains in all of the rooms were scarce. Summers in Florida are hot therefore it’s extremely important to have adequate insulation, especially since property management requires AC not be turned lower than 72 degrees. Unit 424 was adequate for our stay and clean. Cooking utensils are very scarce in this unit. We left some personal items in the kitchen at #301. We checked with customer service and we’re advised that the cleaning staff did not find our missing items. I also left my makeup case in unit #424. I reached out to customer service, however have not heard any news. I suspect I may receive the same response as I did with our other items missing from #301. The makeup is easy to replace. The case however was a gift.

Location, lots of room in condo, clean and comfortable

I loved everything about the condo and complex. The condo was very clean, however it needs painting for a fresher feel, more hooks to hang towels in bathrooms and the fridge door should be switched to open right to left.
