Limpeza, conforto e boa localização. Seria excelente se a internet funcionasse adequadamente.

Péssima conectividade de internet - apresentou problemas desde o início, o hóspede atendeu com uma solução que funcionou por dois dias e durante o restante (10 dias) não solucionou e não forneceu posicionamento proativo.

The locations was just outside Disney, that was perfect!! The beds were comfortable, I lived that they had 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Washer and dryer were a prefect addition, didn't have to worry about over packing or taking it 1 to 2 hours for laundry. Loved the screened in porch. The actual photos of the room on the website were very accurate.

The room still had garbage from the last people, beds were NOT changed over our made, dirty towels on the floor. They changed our room after 1 hour of contacting them. Then we had to deal with the people stomping on the floor till well after midnight. It was terrible we contacted the owners again and the moved us back to the top floor, there was no noise but the master sliding for once you unlocked it you couldn't relock it. The pool was dirty, we didn't even go in it. The owner said they were going to give us a specific dollar about bank for all the issues then changed their mind to something much less than the agreed amount. I had to hound them to get the original agreed upon about and finally they actually did it. Let's just say if there were no issues and the cleaning crew didn't leave us the dirty sheets and dirty towel from the people before. The place would be nice for a Family trip or a few couples to stay together. Pics of what we found at the initial check in and if the room itself after changing below.
