Obiekt w samym centrum Ustronia, wszędzie blisko: sklepy, usługi, restauracje. Apartament bardzo wygodny, z osobną sypialnią. Bardzo czysto. Doskonały kontakt z przedstawicielką właściciela.
Na obiekcie brak numeracji, wejście od ulicy Traugutta, a nie Grażyńskiego. W łazience przydałyby się wieszaki na ręczniki.
