Zamknięte osiedle, parking blisko wejścia do budynku, dobra lokalizacja, możliwość dotarcia pieszo do najciekawszych miejsc w Ustroniu.
Brak rolet termoizolacyjnych. W upalny dzień mieszkanie dość mocno się nagrzewa

Idealne miejsce na wypad do Ustronia. Mieszkanie jest ciepłe (akurat trafiliśmy na temperatury w nocy ok 2-3°), w miarę komfortowe dla maksymalnie 1-2 osób dorosłych i 2 dzieci. Posiada kompletne wyposażenie kuchni (naczynia, sztućce), lodówkę, zmywarkę, płytę. W łazience posiada pralkę (nie używałem). W cenie jest parking. Rozsądna cena, dobra lokalizacja, prywatny i dozorowany parking oraz teren.
Ciężko się do czegoś przyczepić.

Świetne miejsce, czysto, blisko centrum, taras na poranną kawkę, całkiem przyjemna łazienka, wystarczający aneks kuchenny, suszarka do włosów, uważam, że to jest super miejsce dla pary

Es war sehr schöne Wohnung in eine tolle Wohnanlage. Sehr ruhig und zentral. Wohnung war ausreichend. Genug Platz und sehr schön eingerichtet. Gemütlich.
Das einzigen was mir gefällt hat, war Kaffemaschine und Töpfe zu selbst kochen. Es waren leider nur zwei. Was auch schön wäre vielleicht zwei Salatschüssel. Das war nicht vorhanden.
