Location of the property is fine and easy to reach. Boys at the property do their job efficiently, Security Guards available. Good Kitchen Set up with all necessary utensils. Restaurants nearby. Zomato, Blinkit delivery is quick and easy.

Cleaning of the room was done properly but we needed a bit more. We had to request for change of bedsheet, comforters; which was done quickly. Pillows there are in dire need of replacement, they were dirty, they changed the covers on asking. Cleaning is done once a day. Windows locks were broken and we weren't able to close on the first night, it was repaired next day. Altogether a good experience.

The room was amazing..Initially I thought, what could a 1RK offer, but then my experience was surreal. I was surprised to see a TV with Netflix, cupboard, bed, washing machine, kitchen essentials and an amazing bathroom. Would love to visit this place again. You ll also find a cat. Just feed him good food. He will keep you entertained.

The apartment was cleaned everyday. Rooms were spacious with big windows and good light. All basic facilities available.Shops were nearby, could get taxi/auto nearby as well. The caretakers were very responsive and helpful.

There was no any backup for electricity and internet in case of interruptions. We had to stay more than 24 hrs without internet and 12 hours without electricity. There was no holders for toothbrushes and towels in bathroom.

Location qiute, clean and coordination with the provider good. Reasonably spacious place. Servant available for choirs and daily cleaning plus point Good kitchen Bathroom good. Clean compound to walk around. Good washing machine.

Many things need repairs - my suggestions 1. Kitchen door no knob, kitchen door is jammed not opening easily, when we open it chances to get hurt on the fingers and the entire.partition vibrates. Should be repaired sos. 2. Over priced, according to me ₹5000 is value for the place. 3 As you entire the clock on the wall does not work, bad vibes 4 Some pipes in bathroom are rusting, need replacement 5 Fluch of toilet need repairs of replacement 6. Bed sheets expected crisp and white. 7. Bed blanket pathetic after paying so much. Need clean colourful ones or white certainly not Dark Brown. 8. Ironing services would add value to the place 9. Wardrobe top needs repairs
