Property was at the prime location and just on hill road. Size of room are big and comfortable.Caretaker was polite and responsive.

Fridge was not clean and basin was jammed.

The property is spacious has cooking facilities in the unit and is in probably the best spot in Bandra West. Rajesh was awesome and made sure anything we needed was taken care of. A great place in a great spot.

We possibly came at the wrong time of the year, quite hot.

The vicinity is too good. Everything you name is at the downstairs.

The parking space was very conjested as the persons with goods were sitting on the main entrance only and it was difficult for the car to get on and out easily. Every time the shop sellers have to remove their goods to get the car out. Overall it was a very good stay. This can be ignored once.

Location. Rajesh, the caretaker, was excellent. Without him, I don’t think we would have stayed for 10 nights. He was more than helpful and always ready to solve any problem.

Basically the owner must already be aware of many factors that need urgent attention. He needs to spend money to refurbish and update the property including complete new bathrooms, new furniture, new beds, new blankets and linen, new cutlery, new main door handles and locks, etc, etc. Toasters in rooms are needed. Owner must not rely on its location with a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude. Car park approach must be clear at all times with no retail ppl selling their wares on railings. I must reiterate that the above has no bearing on Rajesh the caretaker. As mentioned above, he went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and is a credit to the property and its owner.
