expected more from the towns cafes / bars.. seafront restarants were plentiful and open, but obviously expensive.

Small modern house on a quiet street on a hill above Erquy. Easy access to the town centre shops such as bakery, supermarket, etc. Very convenient for local beaches and cycle / walking paths as well as to countryside. House is neat and well equipped, and comfortable for a small family group. Excellent communication with agent both before and during the stay, making aspects such as checking in and out seamless.
A few items could benefit from additions, replacement or renewal to bring all areas of the house and all its equipment up to the same high standard.
