Great location - close to the inner city, the harbour, in a quieter quarter of the undestroyed old part of Emden with a lot of interesting old buildings. And close to the green belt surrounding the original settlement of ancient Embden. Good take away food from the 'Herrentor Grill' and a pizzeria near the Herrentor Hotel. The Sikken bakery beside the hotel has outdoor tables for a breakfast 'in the green'.
A small dining table and two chairs would have been more comfortable than the wall facing desk with high stools.
