Our family rented three rooms for our stay, and we could not have been happier with the experience. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. We received a welcome text upon check-in letting us know we could simply text if we needed anything during our stay.
We requested a few extra items for one of our rooms, and they responded within seconds. The items were delivered promptly, which was very impressive.
One of the many perks is that beach chairs are included with the rooms. Since the beach is directly in front of the hotel, we took advantage of that amenity. Unfortunately, one of the chairs would not open. I sent a quick text to the hotel, and within minutes a staff member brought us a replacement chair right to us on the beach. That level of attentiveness and responsiveness felt like VIP service!
The pool area was beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. The hotel also offers many amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our entire family was comfortable and well taken care of. Excellent hospitality, great communication, beautiful facilities, and exceptional customer service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

The staff was excellent! Pool and beach were very clean. Although the rooms and grounds are very clean they are a little dated.

This hotel is situated at the beach with a beautiful pool and comfortable outdoor seating areas. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
