We travelled with a 5 month old baby and the staff were very helpful with our needs. The apartments are spacious and we also liked that there is sufficient parking available for all guests
The air conditioning unit in our room seemed a little worn out. It was very difficult to regulate the temperature and the fan speed

Sofia the host was very welcoming and explained everything necessary for our stay. The location is excellent for the town of Tolo. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was also clean and very enjoyable during our stay. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent stay. Highly recommended.
Pillows were hard and somewhat uncomfortable.
Cleaning crew did not empty bathroom waste basket. And didn't refresh towels.
In their defense we were still in room when they arrived. But we left only minutes soon after. They should have still emptied the waste basket seeing as how it was tiny to begin with.

דירת 3 חדרי שינה וסלון עם מרפסת גדולה, מרווחת, מאובזרת ונקייה, המתחם היה תמיד נקי ומסודר, צוות שירותי ואדיב, סופיה עובדת המלון היתה מדהימה ועזרה בכל בקשה. בריכה נעימה ונקייה. נוף מדהים לים. מרחק של 5 דקות הליכה לחוף הים ולמסעדות
ארוחת בוקר יחסית פשוטה, העדפנו לוותר. Wifi די חלש בתוך הדירה.
מטבח ואמבטיה די מיושנים אך עם זאת מאוד נקיים.
זרם מים במקלחת לא יציב אבל נראה שזו בעיה כללית באיזור

The breakfast could have been more varied and to include items as advertised; breakfast room needed air conditioning. The reception was mostly unattended. The location was difficult to access. Parking was limited and on a hill with high grade.
