We had a beautiful and comfortable room with high ceiling and large balcony overlooking the front yard where they served breakfast in the morning. The owners and staff were very kind and the breakfast was plentiful.

We had difficulty finding the property, it would be very useful if the hotel explained this in a welcome email and also provided suggestions as to where to park the car if you bring one. The hotel is located at the top of a hill so you need to climb quite a few stairs by foot (not accessible by car) to get there. The breakfast is served from 8.30 which was a bit late for us.

It was very spacious, quiet, with a beautiful view and only a 2min walk from the central square of Nafplio. The breakfast was very nice and the staff very polite and helpful.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and when we first arrived, there wasn’t any signage to where the place was located and we had to spend about 15mins looking for the property.

Parking is a nightmare. We knew the hotel was high on the cliff but we did not realize it was only accessible by foot. You have the park about 7 mins away and drag your luggage up a rocky, extremely uneven surface path to get to the hotel. Once we arrived, the family greeted us, but that's about all. Hello and here is your room. The room was underwhelming g with only one plug to use. The shower was very slippery and extremely difficult and dare I say dangerous to get in and out of. We were only staying 1 night so we sucked it up, but if our stay would have been longer, we would forfeited or money and stayed somewhere else. Everything about it seemed difficult.
