The villa spans approximately 130 m2, featuring spacious interiors and inviting outdoor spaces, including a generous pergola attached to the house. Formerly an ancient farmhouse, Villa Chiara is surrounded by a fence and isadorned with olive trees, ancient trees, fragrant herbs, and blooming roses. The private pool, measuring 4.5 by 9 meters and 1.30 meters deep, beckons guests to unwind and enjoy refreshing dips. Accessible from the terrace, the pool provides a secluded oasis, bordered on one side by greenery.
