Great place to visit north Umbria

The b&b is hosted in an old country house - hence the name - that was used as a farm. Facilities have been completely renovated around 20 years ago but keeping the full charme of a country house. The room is big enough and with a comfortable bed. Personnel is super nice (a big thanks to Francesco for all the tips and Sandra for the breakfasts). The garden is excellent if you have kids, and the restaurant on site superb. It's a great location to visit north Umbria

The only issue we encountered was with bad smells coming from the bidet in the room. However, the hosts did everything they could and also gave us a free breakfast for the discomfort.

A wonderful place, very clean and organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. A magnificent place to stay for visiting Umbria and spend some time in a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a wonderful and peaceful garden. Higly reccomended.

This very characteristic house is close to the city of Deruta, but it still has quiet surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. My room was nicely heated by the time I returned in the evening.

Struttura esterna ben curata.

Non assegnata la stanza prenotata. Assegnata stanza sopra il ristorante, con schiamazzi e musica a tutto volume fino alle ore 00:30 di notte. Notte rovinata. Nessun correttivo concreto la sera stessa o il giorno dopo, solo promesse verbali nel caso in cui decidessi di ritornare.

Il posto è bellissimo e vicino alla tangenziale

La camera economy pulita bene tolto una ragnatela in bagno ma quello che ci è dispiaciuto è che con poco poteva essere perfetta tipo; il soffione della doccia ingestibile, un piccolo tavolino o mensola per poggiare il beauty e un paio di ganci per le salviette. Poca spesa tanta resa dicono dalle nostre parti : ))

L’emplacement est parfait pour les visites d’assises et Pérouse quand on a une voiture Et ensuite belle piscine pour se relaxer. Mention supplémentaire pour le restaurant installé dans le domaine IL CHICCO DI GRANO les produits cuisinés sont excellents . Il faut absolument y déjeuner ou y dîner très bons moments culinaires .Bravo

Die hohen Räume der Zimmer, der Pool, die ruhige Klimaanlage…

Ein Problem mit der Dusche, was ich aber bei Abreise gemeldet habe… na ja und WiFi war in den Zimmern eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Man muss nach draussen gehen.

Weekend di relax in Umbria

A ridosso della superstrada che lo rendeva strategico. Il servizio della piscina con il piccolo bar erano ideali con la possibilità di fare un pranzo veloce ed i prezzi erano onesti. La signora che gestiva la colazione ed il bar era davvero gentile e disponibile.

Forse le stanze potrebbero essere un po’ più accessoriate (es. Frigo bar)

Ottimo momento di relax nel verde della natura umbra

Struttura bella, accogliente e familiare. Molto bella la storia dietro questi casolari. Complimenti per la riqualificazione e per aver donato una seconda vita a queste vecchie stalle di famiglia!

Premettendo che siamo stati molto bene aggiungerei solo dei piccoli dettagli: in bagno qualche appendiabiti in più per gli asciugamani e facilitare la presa per la maniglia dei portoni delle stanze dall’interno

Relax e pace in un luogo bellissimo

Struttura stupenda, in mezzo alla campagna e tutta molto curata. Piscina pulitissima, relax assicurato!

Fantastisch plek waar je tot rust komt

Wij verbleven in appartement La Cantina op de begaande grond. Prachtig vrij uitzicht over landerijen en ondergaande zon. De kamers zelf hebben allemaal hun eigen airco wat met de zomers van tegenwoordig heel erg fijn is. De ligging van Country House Le Case Coloniche is top. Er bevind zich op het terrein een restaurant wat erg goede maaltijden serveert (geen pizze). Het zwembad is groot genoeg voor de gasten en daar is ook een keuken waar je een hapje en drankje kunt bestellen (pizza margherita of focaccia bijvoorbeeld). Er is op loopafstand een soort van winkelcentrum met Conad supermarkt en een koffietentje waar je een heerlijk bakje koffie met een lekker broodje kunt halen. In Deruta zelf zit een goed Italiaans restaurant waar ze ook de heerlijkste pizze voor je klaarmaken. Verder zijn Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio en Spoleto perfect te bezoeken. Florence en Rome zitten op 2 uur met de auto. En vergeet ook historisch Deruta met overal haar mooie keramiek niet te bezoeken.

De ventilator van de badkamers gaat aan zodra je het licht aan doet. Deze maakt best wat geluid. En de verlichting in de badkamers zou wat feller mogen.

Traumhafte Location

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr stilvolles Ambiente. Schöne, große Zimmer. Am Pool gab es eine Bar, wo man immer Kleinigkeiten zu essen und Getränke bekam. Der Ausblick von Bar und Pool war sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren angenehm kühl. Das Essen im Restaurant war köstlich. Es gab auch eine kostenlose Weinverkostung. Man kam gut nach Perugia und Assisi.
