A new, Nordic-style, non-smoking ground-floor vacation apartment in a central yet quiet location in Greetsiel. As soon as you enter the apartment through the hallway, you’ll feel right at home—everything is modern, very cozy, and bathed in natural light.
To the right of the entrance is a separate guest restroom; next to it, you’ll find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and a window. Next is a bedroom with two separate beds, which can also be pushed together. A spacious closet and a wall-mounted TV complete the room. A bed rail is available for one of the beds, and a high chair is also provided for younger guests.
Continuing down the hallway, you’ll reach the open-concept living and dining area with a modern kitchenette. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop and oven, a kettle, a toaster, a Senseo combination coffee maker, a blender, an air fryer, and a wide selection of dishes, pots, glasses, etc.
The large, rustic dining table comfortably seats 4 people plus a toddler; it’s also perfect for cozy game nights, and a few board games are provided.
The cozy sofa area offers an unobstructed view of the patio and garden, as well as the TV mounted on the wall across from it and the stereo system.
To the left of the living room is the second bedroom, featuring a double bed, an open closet, and a third TV.
A storage room with a washer and dryer, a clothes rack, and an iron rounds out the apartment.
Everything is covered with easy-to-maintain vinyl flooring; underfloor heating is installed throughout, and all windows feature privacy screens, fly screens, and exterior blinds. The patio door is equipped with a sliding screen door. Starting in 2022, the entire garden will also be fenced in.
Your four-legged friends will also feel right at home at Hoppetosse—food bowls and a dirt mat are already waiting for them.
