Discover this beautiful ground-floor vacation rental for 4 people, located in a quiet area right next to the Zwillingsmühlen. The harbor, shopping, and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.
This non-smoking apartment is fully tiled and features comfortable underfloor heating.

A cozy sofa set in the spacious living area with a large TV, a stereo, and a radio.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and much more.
There are two cozy bedrooms with “box-spring double beds” (one 1.60 m wide with a full-length mattress and one 1.80 m wide, also with a full-length mattress) and a TV. The bedrooms have exterior blinds.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a wheelchair-accessible shower, and a hair dryer is also provided.
The apartment also features a guest restroom, and all windows are fitted with fly screens.
A small garden with a cozy, furnished terrace and a parasol is available for you to enjoy sunny days.
The apartment also includes a garden shed where you can store your bicycles.
You are welcome to bring a dog upon request. The garden is partially fenced.
We provide free Wi-Fi (after on-site registration); however, we cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.
The “Edi” and “Nautilus” accommodations are located in the same building, should you need more space.
