This new, tastefully and modernly furnished non-smoking vacation rental for 4 people, located right on the water with a wooden deck and private boat dock, promises an unforgettable vacation experience (also for anglers and nature lovers). The relaxing wooden deck is available for your exclusive use.
The comfortable kitchen offers a beautiful panoramic view of the water. It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, rice cooker, and much more.
The adjoining living area, featuring a leather couch and a cozy ottoman, is equipped with the latest entertainment electronics, including a TV and a stereo system with radio, DVD, and CD players, plus USB, iPod, and iPhone connections. An elegant granite fireplace invites you to relax and unwind. From the light-filled glass bay window, you have an unobstructed view of the boats passing by on the canal.

There are two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), one of which has an additional TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.
