2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is nestled on the white sandy beach in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, FL. at Sunrise Condominiums. Lovely, clean and cozy condominium that sleeps up to 6 people (4 adults maximum as the second bedroom has twin bed bunks). Nicely decorated and setup with everything a vacationer needs. The pictures speak for themselves! Enjoy the newly refinished garage roof that has tennis, pickle ball and a basket ball hoop.
Enjoy magnificent sunrises along with your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and beautiful beach. Perfectly located on the no drive beach for easy access to have a peaceful swim, sunbathe, take a stroll, or fly a kite.
Fully-equipped kitchen is great for eating in, though there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This is a privately-owned, spacious apartment in a well-maintained building. Locally managed and maintained, with 24-hour emergency service.
This condominium is part of the Sunrise community which offers two elevators, a swimming pool with large ocean front deck, gas grill, and shuffle board. The bulletin board often announces community activities. Walk just a couple minutes south for beach yoga or north for a newly built community park.

Everything was clean beds were comfortable. The only thing they need was a teapot. Everything else was there.

Location is great in NSB - on the beach. Nice pool but was not heated first week in May therefore the pool temperature was too cold. Hardly anyone used it during the week we stayed. Ocean was warmer. The unit is dated and needs a refresh/update. Good for family with small kids. King size bed for parents and 4 single (double bunk beds) for the kids. Parking not the best, some spots better than other. They have a parking garage but with construction on-site not a convenient place to park.
