Towers of Chevron Renaissance is a Gold Coast Icon & is perfectly located with shops and restaurants at your doorstep and a short stroll to the beach.
The space
The apartment is beautifully renovated, you are guarenteed to feel comfortable in this space.
Its located on level 22 and has remarkable ocean views.
You will not be disappointed with this one.
Important Notice:
Please note that the Level 5 indoor heated pool is currently closed for retiling works from 30 April until further notice. The gym and indoor pool toilet facilities remain open during this time.
Maintenance works will be carried out on the Lagoon Spa starting 6 May 2026 to restore the spa jets. This is expected to take around 4 weeks, and during this time the spa and BBQ area will not be available.
Also, the indoor pool will be closed from 3 May 2026 for approximately 4 weeks for refurbishment.

Big, clean and really good location. Access to the building for people that do not arrive by car should be more clear but overall great stay.

Property was good
Ensuite shower head is blocked and needs replacing.
Main bathroom - no shower curtain - no door lock - possibility for guest to open door and have FULL view of person in shower from hallway. this is unsatisfactory..
We had five adults & given 2 keys only. Asked for 3 keys and prop mgr only wanted to argue. Building security said 3 keys for 3 bedroom is mandatory.
