The pool was great , the location couldn’t be better. My only complaint is that we had to go to the rental company main office to check in. It wasn’t that big of a deal as it was only a few blocks from the house but after a long drive it seemed unnecessary to have to go to their office to check in.

The house was just what I needed. The kitchen downstairs was what I needed. The pool was so much fun. We will definitely be back.

The house was in a great location. It's in good shape for an older property. The only complaints I have are the backyard area was pretty dirty. There is a lot of dirt coming from the neighbors property that flows into the pool deck area which makes things muddy when playing in the pool. We also saw lots of cigarette butts and dog waste. We were disappointed to not find a broom in the house to clean up sand/dirt/debris on the floor. It would have been nice to be able to sweep daily for our own good. Also, there were no kitchen towels? All these things are minor and would still recommend to friends and family. The SPI Rentals staff were all very nice and accommodating.
