You're just 2 blocks from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.
Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. NO Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great place and location. 1 block from the beach and grocery store/gift shop across the street. 10+/- minute walk from many great tourist destinations, and short drives to many other attractions. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient!

Was a good stay however never could connect to Wi-Fi so I could not work, there was no access to wash clothes, no broom to sweep up sand so that was frustrating to walk around in sand all the time, I arrived one hour early and was denied access so I think I should have been given access an hour early but it was clean and great access to beach just think if your going to leave laundry soap then we should be able to wash , and we should be able to sweep and we paid good money so I think internet should have worked however manager was trying real hard to get it fixed I was finally able to log on but we decided to leave early
