With a mid-century flair and chic industrial-influence decor, this 72 sqm flat has enough space to comfortably accommodate a group of four. My home has ample open space in the living area, fitted with a beautiful lounge area to relax and entertain yourselves after a long day. There's even a smart TV to enjoy and stream all your favorite shows and videos online.
The dining area is equally chic, with comfortable seating and a large dining table for a small feast. Next to it is the kitchen, all kitted out with the essentials to handle some cooking or reheating leftovers. Make yourself a cup of tea or coffee we provide for your personal use. There's a washer/dryer and dishwasher for added convenience!
One bedroom has a private ensuite and a queen-size bed with large windows, blackout blinds and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed and is equally well-appointed with large windows, blackout blinds and a built-in wardrobe. Both beds have hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The shared bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.
Clean towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitization will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Guests have access on the ground floor to be right on the canal and on Homerton road, a hop and skip away from everything in East London.

In Homerton, in the heart of Hackney. Diverse neighbourhood, only a ten-minute walk to Chatsworth road with access to lots of restaurants and shops to explore. The flat is right on the canal and steps away from Mabley Green and the wonderful Hackney Marshes.
Homerton Overground is a 14-minute walk away. In front of flat access to many buses (W16, 276, 236) to take you across Hackney and other parts of East London.
Services like UBER and Addison Lee are available for private hire in London.
London Heathrow is 1 hour away by car via the M25.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Lots of space, clean, nice beds and towels, two good sized bathrooms, clean kitchen. Canal outside of door, sort of. Clean inside house, not so much as you exit. On a busy road, but the entrance is not. Noise did not bother us, but it might some. Safe.
While the space may have been more “cozy” at some point, it had some wear. Good price and location for our needs.

Thank you for sharing this space. We spent a week exploring London and this apartment was a great place to call home. A short walk from the overground train station and a big park. A quiet getaway that was still close enough to downtown!

We throughly enjoyed the location. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. There were no issues and next time we are in London we hope to stay here again!
