This cozy Farmhouse Cottage was completely remodeled in recent years and is tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, giving you the opportunity to unwind and relax after a day of traveling. If you’re looking for a clean and look peaceful getaway or for a comfortable place to stay while visiting Massillon, Canton, Pro Football Hall of Fame, or surrounding areas, then this is your dream house!

Berlin is only 30 minutes away.
Lehman’s in Kidron, 18 min.
Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, 26 min.
Pro Football Hall of Fame, 17 min.

Clay’s Park, 15 min.
Please note: This property has recently (Sept., 2025) connected to city water. In order to do that, trenching had to be done in the front yard and will take awhile for the soil to settle down again. It is advisable to not have your children play in that area until the soil has settled down.
Please do not invite other people over.

The pictures don't do the house justice. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. Its tucked off the road on a quiet street. They even supplied a few snacks and coffee. Definitely a diamond in the rough. Owner had great communication. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

This home is spotless! The owner has thought of including so many little things that made a welcoming and comforting visit. The house location has an easy access to so many cities, towns, and tourist sites. The owner is easy to get in touch with if needed. We spent 5 nights here and would have easily stayed longer if our schedule allowed. I would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful farmhouse cottage to friends and family.

We were all so happy with our stay at Mary’s house! It was spotlessly clean, perfectly appointed, and on a very quiet street. We loved sitting on the porch and seeing the fireflies. There were plenty of linens and the beds and shower were great. We also appreciated the coffee and snacks. Mary was super attentive and friendly. Thank you for making it a great trip for our family!

We absolutely loved our stay. We were welcomed with a lovely personal note from Mary and well as a bag of snacks and some cold water in the fridge. The house was spotless and so cozy. The area was quite and not a long drive to any amenities needed. Everything we needed was there when we looked for it, except for a full length. As three ladies getting ready for an event, a full length mirror would have been helpful but not critical. We would stay here again.

Pictures don't do this place justice. Completely remodeled. All amenities are easily top notch. Bathroom is larger than most hotels. Bedrooms have "the most comfortable bed". On a nice quiet dead end street. 2 nights couldn't have been any better. Close to harry London chocolate factory, football Hall of Fame and Watchers wood carving. If I ever need to stay in the area again, it won't be in a hotel if this awesome 2 bedroom house is available.

This home was immaculate. Mary had left a welcome basket with snacks, coffee, tea and area to do, brochures. We only spoke with one neighbor and they were very nice and friendly. We truly enjoyed the open field across from the home to see the gorgeous sunrise. We would love to stay again.

This is such a cute little place to stay, we would've definitely stayed longer if we didn't have other plans. Everything was nice and clean and I was easily able to cook dinner in the kitchen.
