The living area features a sofa corner with a flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and silverware, along with a dining table.
The bathroom has a shower. The apartment has a storage room for your luggage and beach essentials.
Your four-legged friends are welcome and can enjoy the garden located behind the dunes. A dog-friendly beach is located just fifty meters away.
The building has an underground parking garage. The parking space assigned to the apartment is marked with the number 4. Currently inaccessible due to construction work!

The municipality of Breege / Juliusruh has announced that the streets “Ringstraße” and “Am Waldwinkel” will be undergoing renovation from mid-October 2025 through the end of August 2026.

The entire construction project is divided into two phases and is scheduled to be completed by the end of August 2026.
