For your convenience, you are provided with a complimentary 6-seater street legal golf cart**, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas & towels, sand toys, etc...that you can take to the beach.
This beautiful home is located in the elite private gated community of Destiny East and just minutes to the beach. This private home is situated on a cul-de-sac so you can enjoy peace and quiet away from it all. Destiny East is close to the beach and TWO 6-seater street legal golf carts will make the trip to the beach nothing but easy.
Upon entering the community, you will know you are in for a high end experience. From the stone streets, to the multi-million dollar houses, to the wonderful Club Destiny, you are in for a great experience!
You have full access to an incredible Multi-MILLION DOLLAR CLUBHOUSE with two luxurious pools, hot tub, newly surfaced tennis courts/basketball court with lights, pickleball, newly updated and awesome covered kid’s playground, full size fitness center, men's and women's locker rooms, JMax theater, lake access, and outdoor grilling area. All located short walking distance from this home. The entire community is security-patrolled with monitored cameras in common areas and gate code changes. All community amenities are accessible with a golf cart.

Samantha was very responsive to any concern and was easy to work with. The house was great and as advertised. It was a really nice place to stay. We enjoyed our days there.

The house was a lot bigger then expected. Was perfect for my family’s short trip. Convenient to a lot of things. The house could use some updates and minor maintenance. Also could use better cleaning service. Upon arrival we found a few dishes put away that weren’t clean. Dirty pull ups by the bin that stored pool supplies outside. Altogether it was a good stay and I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and very roomy. The neighborhood was very nice and kept up. We were close to several eating places. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to our friends.

Our family of 14 had a wonderful week in Destin, FL staying in this beautiful, spacious home. The safety of being inside a gated community was an added bonus. Everything the 8 grandchildren needed was right in our back door. The ocean was only a short golf cart ride away, and well within walking distance. The restaurant, Jackacudas (next door), was amazing. One small issue with golf cart, and the host had someone there that day to take care of it.
We look forward to staying in this same house next year. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
