Casa Isla Paraiso is a gorgeous luxury five bedroom, three and one-half bath home in the beautiful Destiny West gated community. This home features all the finest elements you would expect in a high-end home such as 25-foot ceilings, travertine tile, plantation shutters & custom drapery, 8 flat screen TV's offering Sports Package for your entertainment, triple crown molding, and fine furnishings with touches of coastal elegant decor. Upon the grand entrance of Casa Isla Paraiso, you will find a large foyer, a formal dining room to the left that seats eight. The master bedroom is to the right of the entry with a fabulous king bed. The ensuite master bathroom is truly palatial and fit for a king or queen with an incredible oversized jetted tub between ornate columns, custom cabinets, a separate glass enclosed tiled shower with rain shower head, and a huge 16X6 closet with built-in shelving. Just beyond the master bedroom, you will find a living room with a gas log fireplace, a cozy sofa and loveseat, coordinated chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Just beyond the living area, you will truly delight in the fabulous setting of the private 27X48 screened in salt water pool with pool deck surrounded by lush greenery for supreme privacy. The pool deck is completely screened in offering plenty of fine patio chairs, several loungers, as well as a private gas grill. Located between the formal dining room and the kitchen dining area, the custom kitchen is fully equipped offering high-end appliances; including a wine refrigerator, five top gas stove, and a center island with breakfast bar & bar stools.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are active at the entrance and exit gates, the clubhouse, pool and hot tub/spa areas and any damage caused is recorded and will be used to identify the guest causing such damage and the cost of any repairs will be assessed to the rental guest.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Such a beautiful home. Lots of space and close to the beach! We loved the private pool. Neighborhood was quiet and location was not far from stores and restaurants. We will definitely book again!

We loved the location of the home. Close to the beach, on a quiet street, plenty of parking space for 4 cars and 2 golf carts. Home is just like the pictures, beautiful. The best part was the screen in pool - very few bugs to content with. Plenty of beds for the 14 of us. The staff was on point whenever I called about minor needs. We would definitely rent this beautiful home again and recommend it. Thanks

Enclosed pool was great, lots of room in the house for our family, walk to the beach was manageable but next time I would rent a golf cart. Would consider renting again in the future.

The house was very neglected. There were loose tiles on the stairs, going down to the pool. One of the guest tripped going up the step when the loose tile came off, landed on their elbow.
It seems like the roof above that spot is about to collapse.
The big TVs are great in the rooms if they worked. Someone came for about three hours, interrupting our vacation trying to connect them all to the Wi-Fi and was fairly unsuccessful and seemed very frustrated. He did finally connect the living room TV but no one else eve had access to watching television. We did not want to call him and waste another one of our vacation days waiting around on someone to repair. Also, I had told you guys that our smoke detector went off in the middle of the night in our bedroom master bedroom. No one ever came to repair that so we had one room without a smoke alarm the whole time. The stove top was filthy. The grill was filthy in our master bedroom and the side table. There was a big empty bag of cheese puffs. I will not mention the live roaches that we found crawling on the wall in the master. The house is beautiful and we had a great time together, however the cleanliness and the disarray And the worker having to come really put a black cloud over things. This house deserve so much better.
