About this apartment rental
The renewed apartment consists of a living / dining room, kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, hob, extractor and dishwasher. Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes with mirrors. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobe. In both bedrooms there are ceiling fans. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and washing machine.
The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning throughout the house. WiFi.
The terrace in front of the living room gives access to the staircase to the solarium with private pool (salt chlorination), barbecue, outdoor lighting and a pergola. Sea views from the solarium.
The apartment is located in the urbanization Paraíso Playa , with green areas and also a community pool for adults and children. Elevator in the building.
Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 1600m.
All a few meters from the beach of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.
Parking space in the underground garage of the building.
In July and August minimum stay 1 week.

The apartment and complex was great but was let down by a lot of building work going on. Lots of noise and dust.

The appartment was very clean and stylishly furnished. Likewise the roof terrace and the Pool, which was cleaned weekly. The contact with Gerd was very nice and he was able to answer all questions.
All in all a Perfect Holiday
