All of the comforts of home are perfectly paired with resort-style amenities at this well-appointed brand-new townhome located at Bishop’s Landing community less than 4 miles away from iconic Bethany Beach.
The Space:
Your entire family will be comfortable, thanks to this home's attributes. This stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome boasts two living spaces, a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with gas range and gorgeous quartz countertops in the kitchen.
The chef in your group will appreciate upgraded stainless steel appliances and a big center island with seating for five in the spacious, island kitchen. The adjacent dining area provides seating for eight.
We understand that there is sometimes a need, so we have provided a private workspace. Great for working remotely!
The living space is perfect for socializing, relaxing, or just sneaking off with a cup of coffee or tea and a good book in the designated reading nook upstairs.
Unwind with family while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the oversized wall-mounted smart TVs. A second living area in the upstairs loft is also furnished with sofa seating and a grand smart TV for household convenience. In addition, three bedrooms come equipped with smart TVs. Don't forget to head out to the enclosed patio for a glass of wine or an afternoon of reading that new novel you have been meaning to get around to. Watch the kids play ball on the lawn in the backyard while sipping a cool drink before the sun goes down.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood with lots of really nice amenities. The host was easy to work with and very quick to answer any of our questions.

This was our annual trip with our adult sons and mom friends. We had a blast. We liked the room with multiple beds for boys who all go to different colleges and wanted to stay up talking all night. The hosts were great and communicated immediately when we had questions. Location is a little further from beach but ubers at night are easy. :) Thanks! Loved the house!

The unit was very nice and spacious. Bedrooms were plenty big enough and also the LR and loft for relaxing. We had 6 adults and were not cramped for space. Having the pool, playground etc with no extra charge was also a big plus. 4 bicycles were nice to have available to ride around. Anna was/is a great host and helped us with a few issue we had during our stay.
