The mansion consists of 09 spacious suites, all air-conditioned with Split air conditioning, a living room, a dining room with a table for 12, a TV room, a large cinema room, a fully equipped kitchen and high-quality Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Its large outdoor area has a leisure area, gym, gourmet area with barbecue and tables with chairs, games room, deck overlooking the beach, and a beautiful, spacious swimming pool (not heated). Plus a beautiful central garden. Everything you need to enjoy the comfort and tranquillity of a beach house.
Like all the beaches in Búzios, Ferradura is exceptionally beautiful. A horseshoe-shaped cove with clear, calm, shallow waters, very popular with families with children, it has a long stretch of beach, excellent for walking.

The property is rented with a minimum of 06 employees, 01 cook, 02 helpers, 01 caretaker and 01 housekeeper each, Included in the value of the reservation.
Cleaning fees and fossa included in the value of the reservation.
Will be charged the consumption of electricity and water in season rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: starting at 2 pm - after business hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside business hours there is a convenience fee.

The house is limited to twenty-five (25) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during the stay at the property, whether caused by himself or his guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law where governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.
