About this house rental
Fully fenced, pet friendly property on half an acre. Fun trails with lots of sniffing opportunities! Located in a quiet neighborhood with no adjacent properties, giving you lots of peace & privacy. Just 3 min walk to bay & 7 min walk to beach, beach cart provided, along with 2 bikes & outdoor games. There is also a fire pit in the yard for fun evenings with family & friends. A charcoal BBQ is located in the back yard.
New build completed in March 2023, with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, one with a tub. Fully equipped kitchen with every gadget! Laundry facilities included.
A comfortable spacious screened porch over looks the front of the property, where you can enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Also a rear deck with great views.
We love dogs so have no restriction on number or size, nor do we charge a pet fee. Pet bowls & beds and 1 large crate provided.
State park is just a mile away, where you can launch a boat.
3 restaurants on the Cape, 1 bar & 2 general stores.
The deeded beach access dune was renourished earlier this year, but sometimes the tide and storms make it a challenge to access the beach - in this case, the public access is just down the road - see map.
We do not charge a pet fee or mind how many you have, but please let us know how many you are bringing so we can let the cleaners know a head of time - thank you.
If you give us their names, we'll add a stick to the dogwood tree!

The home is excellent for a family and extremely pet friendly. The kitchen is by far one of the most well equipped that I have seen for a vacation rental home. The location is nice for those who want to have access to the beach without the noise. I mostly liked the quiet sunrises and sunsets on the screened porch. They really do think of everything for your comfort. Great communication with the host.

We loved our trip! Our family had the best time and got plenty of beach time, rest, and relaxation. House was as described and perfect for traveling with our family dog. She loved the fenced yard and nightly walks on the beach.

Our second year staying at driftwoof and 3rd time renting from Murray and Emma. Great communication from them on anything needed. Perfect location for family stays with dogs. Our dogs are always happy to be there vs. other properties we've rented. Property was clean, and the kitchen had basic necessities for cooking, just an overall great space for a smaller family/group. Love the clothes line under the house for hanging and drying beach towels and clothes. It's also nice that everything is on one floor.

Beautiful property and really enjoyed the fenced yard. Easy walk to beach and Longbills restaurant.
