The location was amazing. The house was great.

Great location and plenty of room in the house! Love that the walk to the beach is so short! Baby monitor reached from the house it was so close. Only complaint was the water pressure in all the sinks were very low. The water pressure in the showers were normal though! Good price in comparison to the other houses around it! Especially for the location. Will be back.

The sunset and beach views were amazing. The property was clean. The only disappointment was the empty propane grill tank and I chose a very cool temperature week. But everyone seemed to enjoy it, even the puppy. I would love to stay again, when warmer of course!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We knew the Greenhouse was an older, dated property from the pictures, so we weren't expecting anything fancy. However, there are so many knickknacks and so many treasured family items that it feels very cluttered. The home needs to be cleared out. Blinds for ocean view should be replaced with cordless blinds that do not detract from view. Very disappointed that the screen porch furniture had not been cleaned, nor had the ocean view Windows. We don't think that should be the tenant responsibility especially during the off season. The house was basically clean, but we found several items hidden away in the kitchen that were not clean--a butter dish complete with remnants of old butter, a disgusting fry pan that had clearly been put on a shelf unwashed. Coastal Joes requires tenants to clean and put away all kitchen items which I think leads to this nastiness. Other properties we rent require you to start the dishwasher before you leave letting housekeeping put items away and check for cleanliness.
We also had a couple of maintenance problems while we were there. While maintenance staff was cordial, they moved on their own timetable even though they knew we had to be out of the property with the dogs while they were there.
It was not all bad though. Master bed was quite comfortable as was most of the living room furniture. There was a good water filter and plenty of hot water. The view and beach access was amazing.
If this home were on an HGTV remodeling show, they would completely gut and redesign most areas in this home.
