Spiders in every corner top and bottom only sink is in bathroom no where to cook anything beds were terrible left after bein there 1 hour and stayed somewhere else cud only get 100 refund but was better than staying there

where do i even begin? i guess to start, the posting for this home is extremely misleading, and honestly not worth the price. i should’ve read the reviews before booking this place, so that’s my mistake. The pool table & theater area were nice so i will give it that. However the bed was awful. extremely lumpy, sunken in on one side and just overall made sleep terrible. “the bed” also appeared to just be a thick pillow topper, to hide the fact that it wasn’t even an actual mattress. the master bedrooms ceiling fan was broken, the lights to the room didn’t work. just lamps everywhere some didn’t even work. spiders & crickets everywhere, couldn’t walk anywhere in the home without walking into a spider web; new webs were forming everywhere. WE HAD OTHER PPL BOOKED TO STAY IN THE SAME CABIN. top floor was blocked off with a small shelf for the other people to stay in. was extremely uncomfy & felt unsafe to have strangers stay in the same home. i really would’ve liked for that to be disclosed in the posting. the cabin is just a basement, only sink is in the bathroom. don’t even try to use the coffee maker..it was bad. the home appeared to be clean but honestly with all of the cob webs, crickets, dead &, alive spiders everywhere. i would have to guess it’s been a minute since it was cleaned and someone stayed in it. overall, not worth the money, & could find much more than literally just the basement of a home, that you will more than likely share with strangers for the same price

Garage door where we enter has a divider up and the garage is damp and musty. It is a Basement so if you are taller than 5’5” this is not for you. Smelled of wet dog in the master bedroom. Master bedroom had a broken box spring which made it difficult to sleep. Theatre area was nice. And the people upstairs were there on second night and they were loud. No way for you to regulate the temperature unless you message host and he responds every once in a while. And on our second night random people walked in. And messages host again and the. He responded saying there was an overlap so beware and also lock the door if you stay. For the cost it should have been nicer. the hotel was half the price and was better equipped for a family. Will not stay again.

Arrived at the house and it wasn’t cleaned after the last guest(s). Beds weren’t made, trash wasn’t taken out, bathroom wasn’t clean, dirty towels on the floor, kitchen sink was clogged with water. I messaged the host and he offered to refund the cleaning fee and send someone to clean. We left while they cleaned, came back and everything was clean besides the bed sheets not being changed. I have pictures of how the house was when we first arrived, that’s how we know the sheets weren’t changed.

Pro(s): -Large living area - there was plenty of room for my family of 5 to stay. Even with us not using one of the rooms (see the cons section), we had more than enough space. Con(s): -Ants - they were on the dining table when I arrived since some food particles lodged in the gaps hadn't been cleaned out. They got all over a bag we left on the ground with some crumbs in the bottom. Others had commented on this. -Standing water in the inner room - water pooled at the base of the water heater. It didn't look like it had been a longstanding issue but we didn't want to take any risks that there was mold present so we moved the mattress out of the room and put it on some open space in the living room. -Kitchen sink - it's a handwashing station, not a real sink. Given this, it seemed a bit misleading to say that there was a kitchen with the property (just a fridge, coffee maker, and some counters). -Sunken mattress - the bed in the one room had a deep depression on the side nearest to the closet (I had to stick one of the smaller pillows under my back to make it feel normal). -Dirtiness - anyone who walked on the floors barefoot had a dark residue on their feet. There was a used bottle under one of the beds along with some uncleaned pistachio shells. Easily the lowlight of our trip. I would definitely avoid this property until these issues are addressed.

Where to start… there was obviously some professional photoshop work in the pictures shown. The only accurate room would be the bathroom. The ceilings are 6-7 feet tall.(Some of the men were pretty close to the ceiling) This is a basement which wasn’t necessarily disclosed, as it was described as “downstairs”. No air conditioner control or working fans.(Blades are missing off 2) Beds are HORRIBLE.In the bigger bedroom the box spring and bed frame have holes in one side. It was cheap, but worst experience ever!

Place was as described, there was no hot water, a guy came out and tried to fix it. It got hot for a little while but not hot enough for a shower. I may have left a an empty can of soda out the next morning there were ants all over the kitchen. The sink in the kitchen did not work. I could of rented a hotel but wanted the privacy but the top half of the house was rented out also, they were loud and walking around all night. It will be a hotel next time for sure.

The yard had grass to my knees so my grandsons could not okay in the yard. Ad says two bedrooms but one was shut off with bed push into living room. Air was not controlled by us and it was hot. The floors were nasty. I took pictures the filter for the air conditioner was black.
