This downstairs guesthouse was fully remodeled in 2020, and is located 2 miles from downtown Sevierville. The location is ideal for accessing Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains, or Knoxville.
It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a living room, and a kitchen minus a stove. It has a pool table, a dining area, a bar counter, and a movie theater with a 70 inch tv.
It also has two single speed bikes (recommended march to october for trails)
I also offer a car rental on this property (red ford) that you can book on turo. Please message me for details.

This was my first time renting a VRBO and was a great experience. It was spacious and a great location. It was clean and provided great entertainment within with the largest tv I’ve every seen and a pool table.

Arrived at the house and it wasn’t cleaned after the last guest(s). Beds weren’t made, trash wasn’t taken out, bathroom wasn’t clean, dirty towels on the floor, kitchen sink was clogged with water. I messaged the host and he offered to refund the cleaning fee and send someone to clean. We left while they cleaned, came back and everything was clean besides the bed sheets not being changed. I have pictures of how the house was when we first arrived, that’s how we know the sheets weren’t changed.
