The building is beautiful. Location good. We enjoyed the deck off the back. There was a couple things that knocked the rating down. There was no hand towels and only one wash cloth in the bathroom. Also no bathmat so we had to get out of the shower onto the tile floor with no way to prevent slipping. There was no extra blankets. No kitchen towels. I could only find one plate in the cabinets and only found the others after i checked in the dishwasher. I shouldnt have to unload other peoples dishes. As someone else said there is off street parking but after coming back late one night after a work event all spots were taken and I had to park on the street with my vechile full of product. This is a annoyance because i always book with off street parking for this reason. The other tenants were quiet and friendly. The apartment was generally spacious and adequately furnished.Could be a really nice place with minimal investment.
