The condo includes everything you need: starter toiletries, towels, linens, kitchenware and a professional responsive property manager to help with anything you need. The large dining table and updated kitchen is perfect for dining in. It's ground floor location allows easy access to the beach and fish pond just steps away. The main bedroom has a view out onto the ocean you can enjoy from the comfort of your king sized bed, split AC unit, and television. The second bedroom has a king bed, split AC, and television, and is also perfect to relax in after a fun day on the beach or hiking in the nearby mountains. The living room features a split AC, television, and queen sleeper sofa. The roof top deck and barbecues provide an incredible setting to enjoy the sunset or whale watch while eating a fantastic meal. Incredible sunsets, fantastic sheltered beach. Menehune Shores has the Monsoon Bar and Grill on site. In addition, Menehune Shores is near dining, entertainment, surfing, theaters, grocery, gasoline, activities, golf, shopping, and all south Maui has to offer. Less than 25 minutes from the airport. The perfect choice for families, couples, and friends.
The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

2026 Annual Pool Closure for Maintenance: September 14, 2026, through September 21, 2026
South Kihei Rd (Ohukai Rd–Kulanihakoʻi St) is closed 24/7 from Apr 20–Jun 20, 2026 for Kona storm repairs. Local access only; expect delays and follow detours via Ohukai, Kenolio, Kaonoulu, Piʻilani Hwy, and Kulanihakoʻi.
Roof Replacement Project Notice - Project Duration: June 8, 2026 - approximately September 5, 2026
June 8 - 9: Crane operations. The parking lot area in front of the flagpoles and the walkway between the restaurant and the 19 stack will be closed.
June 8 - September 5: Parking stalls between the 11 and 16 stacks will be unavailable for construction use.
August 7 - September 5: The BBQ and picnic table area will be closed during work on the South Third of the roof.
Please expect construction noise and periodic disruptions throughout the project.

Excellent location. Kalepolepo beach is incredible for kids. This unit being on the ground floor, along with the beach access, make this a great spot for families with kids. The unit itself was outdated and well used. Cleanliness was OK. Microfiber beach towel and beach chairs were provided in the room, which was nice. I would likely pick a different accommodation in the future

The location was great, private beach was a great bonus as well as the grills. Beds were comfortable.

the location is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However, for the cost, the amenities could've been better. When we arrived, there was a load of towels in the dryer from the prior guest. Fine. But once we had to run the same load 4 times, it felt like we were doing someone else's chores. The dryer did not work, which was frustrating, and the appliances were very outdated.
