This year-round home is on the water and features a private dock with room for a 22" boat and is completely navigable to Peconic Bay and the ocean.
Renovated and newly furnished in a nautical/coastal vibe, the house features an open concept kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. There is also another den with pull out sofa as well as an office area with desk for remote work. The master has an en-suite bath, walk in closet and lovely Juliet balcony. All bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with TVs. Luxury bedding is provided.
Every room in the house directly faces the water and has stunning views. Swans and ducklings are daily visitors.
Enjoy dining al fresco on the beautifully furnished outdoor patio equipped with firepit and tiki torches. Roast marshmallows, grill fresh seafood and watch the sunsets in a sublime setting.
Paddleboards & kayaks are provided and ready to launch directly from your own private dock. Boats and jet skis are available for rent from a local marina minutes away. Fish Cove leads directly into North Sea Harbor and Peconic Bay.
Front yard has a basketball hoop. Laundry room with new washer/dryer on 1st floor.

This is hands down our best vacation rental experience. The house is beautiful, clean and airy, is situated in Southampton north on a gorgeous lake. The host Hanna is extremely commutative and went above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect. Will definitely come back next year again!

We were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The home is in great condition, very clean, well equipped with extra towels, sheets and all the kitchen equipment you could need - and all ( tv's, wifi, etc) in perfect working order and with proper instructions. My wife and I visited with our 4 year old twins and nanny, and the size and layout of the house was perfect for the five of us. The two living areas are helpful, the beds are comfortable, and again - all very clean.
The neighborhood is quiet and for us it was a perfect location, being close to not only Southampton, but to Sag Harbor and beyond. Sharon was proactive in anticipating our needs, wonderful to deal with and made herself available for anything at all.
Last but not least, the home's setting is idyllic - the sloping back yard, the trees, the dock, the beautiful views of the bay are just perfect to wake up and come home to. Highly recommended!
