Security Deposit Notice
To help protect both our guests and the property, a refundable security deposit will be collected through a secure third-party provider prior to arrival. The deposit is not a charge and is held temporarily during your stay.
Following checkout, the home will be inspected by our team. Provided there is no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning required, or violation of house rules, the deposit will be released in full according to the third-party provider's processing timeline.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you at The Oesch.
- No smoking: $3,000 fine
- No littering: $1,000 fine
- Quiet hour from 11pm - 7am: $1,000 fine
- Guests over the max capacity of 10: $500 fine per person (unless we are informed and they don't stay the night)
- No events/parties (such as bachelorettes): $2500 fine
- Any damage to the property will be charged double the cost of repair
