Just 1/2 mile to the world-famous No.1 rated Siesta Key Beach & a short 3 block walk to the Village, shops, restaurants, & entertainment. Close proximity to the North bridge you will find beach access, a short boat ride to Sarasota Bay, dining on and off the key, short drive to downtown Sarasota for more dining, theatre, the arts, St. Armands Circle, & more.

My Husband and Family were there for 2 weeks. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The VRBO listing is spot on but nicer. Plenty of room to stretch and find your own comfy spot. With all the decks and poolside it was easy. The pool was a big hit with everyone, kids and adults alike. Minor set back was there was no grill. We had an A/C issue, Heidi and her HVAC were at the house within an hour. Cannot say enough about her. So much so that we are thinking of renting next year. Periwinkle house does not disappoint.

This property is well kept and in a perfect location for access to the downtown area. Walking distance from the beach. House was clean and in great shape.
