🤽 Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per night

📝 A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to activate the pool heater. Once activated, pool heating must remain in effect for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be turned on and off intermittently



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

• While the home is regularly treated for pests, they are common in Florida, especially near the water, and sightings may occur. Refunds are not provided for pest-related issues.

• If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.

• Construction or renovations may occur in the nearby area without prior notice to us.

• Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire home, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your Siesta Key getaway. Step outside to the private heated pool and waterfront patio, where stairs lead down to the dock with direct canal access. It's the perfect spot to launch the included kayaks and paddleboards, fish, or bring your own boat for easy access to the water.



The converted garage has been transformed into a fun recreation space with games, making it a great place to gather on rainy days or cooler evenings while seamlessly extending the indoor living area. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, with plenty of room for a boat or RV.

Other Things to Note:

⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, which covers up to $500 in accidental damage to the home's contents during your stay (such as linens, towels, and glassware). This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance, but it gives you added peace of mind for minor accidental mishaps.



🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



👶 Pack 'n Play: Available upon request and subject to availability. As these are shared between properties, we recommend requesting one at the time of booking. Please note that not all homes include one.



🗑️ Additional Supplies: Starter supplies and towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay. If your home includes a washer and dryer, you're welcome to refresh towels as needed. If laundry facilities are not available in the home, on-site laundry may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Additional supplies may also be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything you may need.



📦 Items Left Behind: If you'd like us to return personal belongings after checkout, a $35 handling fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.



🛶 Water Activities: The home includes 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for your enjoyment. Additional kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, scooters, boats, and jet skis can be rented from local vendors. Companies such as SK Bike & Kayak Rental offer convenient delivery and pickup directly at the home.



🌴 Local Tips: We recommend bringing a portable speaker to enjoy music by the pool or patio. To explore Siesta Key, consider renting bikes or scooters, or take advantage of the free Siesta Key Trolley for an easy way to get around the island.



⚠️ Dock Access: Please note there is no gate between the patio and the dock. Stairs provide direct access to the canal, so children should always be supervised near the water.
