This splendid and elegant duplex, with incredible views,
is located in a small private building. It is a modern, bright, and very cozy apartment.
Fully furnished with everything you need for your vacation.
In one of the best residential areas of Sanxenxo, surrounded by greenery and the sea.
What sets this splendid property apart are its unparalleled views, as well as the comfort of its spaces.
- On the first floor is the living-dining room with an open kitchen and a magnificent terrace featuring an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy the wonderful views over the Ria; it also has a full bathroom with a shower.
From the living room terrace, you can admire the beautiful fishing village of Raxó with its white beaches and, if you’re lucky, often spot dolphins swimming across the Ria.
A spiral staircase connects the living area to the sleeping area.
- On the second floor is the sleeping area, with two comfortable and elegant bedrooms, each complete with closets and a desk. One is a double bedroom, and the other has twin beds and a terrace. Also on the same floor is a full bathroom with a bathtub.
ALL ROOMS OFFER INCREDIBLE VIEWS OF THE RIA AND THE SURROUNDING TOWNS
The apartment has 2 private parking spaces inside the building. There are also free parking spots on the main road for those who prefer to park outside.
From the building, you can walk down to the beaches, bars, and restaurants without needing to use a car.

We visited in December 2023. In Raxo many restaurants closed as off season but nearby Sanxenxo still has very much to offer. The apartment has lovely sea/harbour views from the balcony, is tastefully decorated and furnished, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Both bedrooms and living room have views to the sea thus very quiet and no traffic noise from the local tradffic road behind the complex. We were were warmly welcomed by Lolo on arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly visit again.

What a wonderful location. The people were amazing to work with and the duplex is stunning. I cannot even explain how beautiful the views were. I loved it there and would rent it again and would recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The views are amazing - we spent many hours watching activity on the Ria from the 2 balconies . We were lucky enough to see the galleon Juan Sebastian Elcano sail by on Del Carmen Day. The apartment is the best equipped we have ever stayed in - Esther has thought of everything. We really felt at home. Raxo harbour is a 20 minute walk downhill. There are several good restaurants serving local seafood. The walk home takes a little longer -up a hill then several flights of stairs (no lift). The access to the car park is down a very steep drive but we always found space on the road. Lots of interesting places to visit within a short drive. Thank you Esther for allowing us to borrow your beautiful home.
