The apartment was clean and cozy and perfectly within walking distance to the Denver Botanic Gardens where I was attending a conference and good places to eat (like Illegal Pete's). I'm so glad I found this place to stay!

My wife and I stayed here during the week before our wedding at the botanic gardens. It was the perfect place to stay to save a little money before moving into the larger VRBO in the same building. It’s a very cute little basement unit. Angela was a great host, communicated well, and we would definitely come back!

Very nice and relaxing. Great communication. We hope to stay there again when visiting our family down the street.

Loved staying in this historic apartment! Clean, comfortable and ideally located for walking to neighborhood cafes, bars, Cheesman Park and Botanical Gardens. Angela was great, with timely, friendly communication throughout the rental process and our stay.
